 Virtual Bulletin Board
ViewPort enhances communication throughout the vivarium. ViewPort's room selection screen includes the Bulletin Board, an ideal place to display general messages for everyone in the facility.
Room Messages
Investigators and managers often have specific instructions or information about a particular room. ViewPort will display these Room Messages on a room's status screen.
Staff Messages
ViewPort encourages communication between managers and their employees. When a staff member logs into ViewPort, they can see any private text messages sent to them. The ViewPort touchscreen has a pop-up, graphical keyboards, allowing facility staff to jot brief replies. Staff Messages are great for communicating with individuals who do not otherwise have access to e-mail.
