Navigator uses your building floor plan as a map to retrieve specific room information for any part of your facility. This provides you with a quick overview of the status of your facility. Navigator, an add-on for Watchdog V5, makes accessing facility information as easy as “point-and-click”. You simply move your mouse across the floor plan and click on the desired room. A status window pops up and gives you current information about the room environment including lighting, differential pressure, humidity and temperature.
Navigator can support multiple floors or buildings. Thumbnails on the left side of the screen allow the user to select which building or floor they want to view. The colored borders around the floor thumbnails convey the overall alarm status of the floors. Within the room, the color of the alarm icon indicates the current status.

Navigator has color-coded icons indicating the current room status and the overall operating state of the rooms.
= Active Alarms
= Acknowledged Alarms
= Normal Status

In addition to indicating the current alarm status for rooms being monitored by Watchdog, Navigator integrates with the ViewPort application. When a room has either pending duties or critical observations, a clipboard icon is displayed. Clicking on this icon will display a list of duties so users can quickly determine what needs to be done in the room.
This is a Web-based application that works with Internet Explorer V5.0 or higher. It features an intuitive viewing interface designed so multiple users can view the current status of the Watchdog system using their own computers.
