Our Benefits
Medical
Our medical plan is a comprehensive program offered through a PPO that covers all medically necessary procedures. We also offer an annual $300 wellness benefit where no deductible or co-insurance applies.
Dental
We offer two voluntary dental programs. A Managed Care Plan for our employees in southeastern Wisconsin, as well as an Indemnity plan available to all employees. You can choose the plan that suits your families' needs.
Life Insurance
We offer to each full-time employee a company-paid term life and AD&D insurance benefit of $10,000 each.
Optional Life Insurance
In addition to the company sponsored life insurance coverage, employees are able to purchase additional term life insurance up to $150,000.00 for themselves, $50,000 for their spouse and $10,000.00 for dependant children.
Disability Insurance
All full-time employees are offered company-paid short-term disability insurance coverage. The short-term disability policy provides income replacement for 26 weeks.
Optional Short Term Disability Buy-Up
In addition to our company sponsored short-term disability insurance coverage, our employees have the ability to purchase additional short-term disability insurance up to 60% of their weekly earnings.
Profit Sharing and 401(K)
The Profit Sharing Plan recognizes employee effort and loyalty towards Edstrom Industries’ success by providing retirement benefits. Each year on behalf of each eligible participant, a discretionary lump-sum contribution is made to our employee’s 401(k) retirement account. Besides the lump-sum contribution, our employees have the opportunity save additional retirement monies by deferring pre-tax compensation into the 401(K) account.
Holidays
Employees are eligible for nine paid holidays per year.
Vacation
Each year employees earn a number of vacation days based on years of service.
Other Paid Time-Off
Paid time off is also available for eligible employees serving jury duty and non-active military duty.
Tuition Refund Program
Employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement benefits after sixty days of employment.
Business Casual
Employees in most positions may dress in a relaxed style every day of the week.
